Skipton Rotary Dragon Boat Race 2019

This year we entered not one but two boats into the Skipton Rotary Dragon Boat Race on Sunday 19th May. Ilkley Carnival Duck Race

The Principle Trust brought the Duck Race back to Ilkley Carnival this Bank Holiday Monday and launched 3000 rubber ducks off New Brook Street bridge into the River Wharfe. Each duck had been bought for £1 and everyone was individually numbered.  The first 4 to cross the line were awarded cash prizes. 1st to cross the line won £100 and the winner, Derek Mason, has very kindly donated their winnings back to the charity!! 2nd…


Skipton Point To Point 2019

On Saturday 4th May we took part in the Skipton Point to Point where the first race was a charity race and all proceeds came straight to our Charity. Skipton Primary Schools Raise Funds and Have Fun

Earlier in the month both the Boyle & Petyt and Threshfield Primary Schools took part in a Dress Down Day and Bake Sale in aid of The Principle Trust Children’s Charity.
