Morrison’s Joins Forces with The Principle Trust

We recognise in these difficult economic times, disadvantaged and low-income families are effected the most by the rising costs of living. ‘Our Food For Families’ initiative looks to remove the financial obstacle of food poverty for families for whom a family holiday might not otherwise be possible. The initiative shows our ongoing commitment to vulnerable families in Yorkshire.

 

Over the next six months, we are delighted to be able to provide hampers for around 100 families staying at Haven Marton Mere Holiday Park near Blackpool where four of our respite holiday homes are based. The hampers include enough food and everyday essentials to feed a family for a whole week.

 

We are indebted to Morrisons Head Office for their support and the backing of staff at their Blackpool store who have generously also donated toys and Easter eggs.
