The Principle Trust Children’s Charity is thrilled to announce Gear Up For Giving – a day of high-octane adventure, teamwork, and giving back, on Thursday 19th March 2026. Hosted in partnership with Land Rover Experience, Broughton Hall, Skipton and The Bull at Broughton.
This unique event brings together driving enthusiasts, team players, and supporters of a great cause. Whether you’re a novice behind the wheel or an off-road pro, this day promises a thrilling challenge that tests courage, precision, and collaboration.
What to Expect
Prepare for a series of team-building challenges, networking opportunities, and adrenaline-fueled off-road competitions designed by expert Land Rover Experience instructors. Highlights include a vehicle gymkhana, where speed, accuracy, and strategy are put to the ultimate test. It’s an exciting way to push your driving skills while having a blast with your teammate
Event Details & Schedule
Team Entry: Up to three members per team – £800 per team.
Includes: Vehicle, instructors, insurance, refreshments, and all meals.
Spaces: Limited to 12 teams – pre-booking is essential.
Schedule on Thursday 19th March 2026:
09:00 – Breakfast at The Bull at Broughton
09:30 – Morning challenges
12:30 – Lunch at Land Rover Experience Centre
13:30 – Afternoon course
17:00 – Pie and pea supper & prize-giving ceremony back at The Bull
Your Vehicles
Take on the course in a brand-new Land Rover Defender, Range Rover, or Discovery, all under 12 months old and equipped with cutting-edge Jaguar Land Rover technology. All safety equipment and expert instruction are provided, so you can focus on the fun and challenge.
Why Participate
Thanks to the generous support of Land Rover Experience and The Bull at Broughton, 100% of entry fees go directly to The Principle Trust Children’s Charity. Your participation helps provide free week-long respite breaks for children across Yorkshire facing adverse childhood experiences such as mental health challenges, trauma, abuse, poverty, serious illness or disability.
