Events are integral to the success of raising The Principle Trust’s annual target. We are always looking for ways to make sure there is a selection of events so that all our supporters can join in – and of course, that are always fun. We regularly hold fundraising events and functions within the local area that includes quizzes, race nights, sports challenges, family fun days and our annual Charity Ball.

Exciting news! The first-ever Ilkley R.F.C International T5s Tournament is set for Sunday 7th April!

Get ready for the club’s inaugural tag rugby event in support of The Principle Trust, a local children’s charity dedicated to providing free respite breaks to children across Yorkshire who are underprivileged, disadvantaged, have disabilities or additional needs, face life-limiting conditions, or have experienced poverty, trauma, or abuse.

They’ve shouted ‘run forwards’ and ‘pass back’ at you for long enough, now let’s see if their coaches and parents can do it themselves! But don’t worry, there’s fun for everyone with a children’s tombola, raffle for parents, and a tuck shop to keep you fuelled!

Bring the whole family from 11:30am to 13:30pm, where 12 teams will battle it out in thrilling 5 minutes, 5-a-side tag matches. With group stages, semi-finals, playoffs, and a grand final, it’s bound to be an action-packed day!
